The twins and Jack were so excited when we opened the box and saw all these Herodrive Dc cars. They couldn’t wait to get them out of the box and start to play with them. Boys being boys they started pushing all the buttons and the box became very loud. We decided to do it logically and take one car out and open it before opening the next. They decided between them that Jack was going to play with the biggest one and the boys were having a little one each.
The biggest car is the Herodrive Bat Racer costing £24.99 and is like a push and go car. It’s drives along the floor as well as making noises. This car has wings which come out of the side and a wing on the tail which flaps up and down. It also has lights at the front of the car. It took a minute or two getting to understand how it worked and unfortunately because we have quite a thick carpet the car wouldn’t drive but it worked brilliantly on the kitchen floor and our play mats.
The next car we tried out was the Herodrive Signal Squad costing £12.99. This is a brilliant bedtime car because it’s a projector. The image is really good that it projects from the front of the car. The boys have loved this one at bedtime. Super easy to use and you just press the button. Below is a picture of it projecting on our living room wall.
Last of all are the two Herodrive Mash Machines costing £7.99. These vehicles have a button on the front that plays super hero tunes and as you can see Euan took ownership of these very quickly. They are a great size and would make great stocking fillers. They are very durable and the boys did put these through their paces as they were just the right size for their hands and driving round.
All the vehicles are available from Amazon, see links below and you can also pick them up from Hamleys. They will be available in ASDA from February but these would make great Christmas gifts if your still shopping like me.
