If you read our blog on a regular basis you will know we love BRIO and all things trains. You will hopefully have also seen the Ant review and School Playset so know that BRIO is not just trains but they do some amazing wooden toys for pre school aged children. We have had the pleasure of trying out this amazing Abacus with Clock which you can also win in our day 4 competition from 12 Toys of Christmas.
You will see from our social media and toy reviews that we love BRIO toys and trains sets. Our latest train set review was the Railway World Deluxe Set. This set costs around £300 but has so much to do and explore. The boys have loved playing with and integrating it into our other trains sets and track. Check the below video to see the full set built.
As well as the trains BRIO do the other toys as mentioned above and the quality is superb and although they are not the cheapest wooden toys on the market I think they are certainly the best. They are so well made and withstand lots of hours of play.
The most recent toy we have reviewed is the Abacus with Clock. It’s a fabulous toy for pre school aged children and allows them to learn numbers, counting and also the 12 hour clock. The boys have enjoyed taking turns using the abacus to count and learn numbers. Some times they can count to 10 no problem other times its’ all jumbled. This Abacus shows them what the numbers look like and also what that number of counters would look like.
As a family we really recommend BRIO toys and trains. We have some sets three generations old now and still going strong. We have new battery-powered trains on our Christmas List and cant wait to see them chugging round on Christmas day.
Would you like to win an Abacus with Clock of you own? Then just follow the rafflecopter below and good luck.
