The twins love PJ Masks. It’s a firm favorite after nursery whilst waiting for diner to cook, they love watching Disney Junior shows. They know all the characters and love to watch the adventures they go on. They don’t have a favorite character each they like them all. PJ Masks follows three 6-year-olds, Connor, Amaya, and Greg, who lead relatively normal lives by day, where they are neighbours, classmates, and friends. However, at night, they become Catboy, Owlette, and Gekko, and fight crime as the PJ Masks, a superhero team.
We have recently had they pleasure of trying out the deluxe 16 piece figure set so they can create their own adventures. Euan loves pretending to be a super hero. The PJ masks have so far rescued mummy, daddy, an array of teddy’s and of course big brother and sister.
Each hero and villain figure stands 7.5cm tall and comes with poseable arms and legs to help promote imaginative play! This super set even features accessories for the villains and pet friend figures for the heroes for the full PJ Masks experience. The PJ Masks pet friends are here to help the heroes save the day! Catboy has his agile cat, Gekko has his slithery lizard, and Owlette has her high-flying bird! The villains are here to stop the PJ Masks from foiling their mischievous plans! Romeo has his Squashatron, Luna Girl has her luna orb, and Night Ninja has his sticky plat.
I love the imagination the boys have and the stories they have made using the figures and accessories. My favorite are the stackable Ninjalinos. Even though it’s just the characters this set sparks imagination in my boys. There are some small parts so as with anything like this I like to bag it up and get it out for playtime sessions and then we pop it all away so nothing gets lost. I find they get more out of their toys his way.
There is no set up required with this set you simply push them out of the packaging and start to play. These kids of toys are my favorite as I always seem to be the builder in this house.
The PJ Masks Deluxe 16 Piece Figure Set costs around £34.99 and is available from places like The Enteratiner or Amazon.
