Edward and Euan have had the pleasure of reviewing a Turtle car this week. Half-shell Heroes Mutant Loader Vehicle with Mikey. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) have been around for years I remember them as a little child myself. Jack played with them when he was younger and he still loves to watch the programs on TV today.
According to Wiki the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been around since the 80’s which sounds right to me. They are one of those children’s shows that never seems to go away. It gets re vamped and the kids just seem to love it. It all started as a comic book series and went from there. They now not only have TV shows but a whole new toy range as well. You can check out the range at the TMNT Toys Collectors Club.
The Half-shell Heroes Mutant Loader Vehicle with Mikey is a plastic car and turtle suitable for ages 3+. The toy range is aimed at ages 2-4 though so I am sure you will find something suitable for most little Turtle fans. The twins are three years old and have loved playing with it. They have related it to the TV series as soon as they saw it and wanted Turtles on the TV whilst they played.
Edward loves it more than Euan but we do have that with the boys they like different things which is good. The turtle car is made of durable plastic and has movable parts. There is also a place for Mikey to rest on the side of the car. The boys have smashed and thrown the toys about lots over the last week and its still in perfect condition so no worries on getting your moneys worth from this toy.
You can get the TMNT range from lots of toys stores or direct from Flair. The product at time of writing was £19.99 which I think is a reasonable price for the quality of the toy and I know it will last the course with the boys.
