We have recently been asked would we like try out Doh Nutters from John Adams. It’s a great family game so I couldn’t say no. The kids were excited to set it up and play. Set up is really easy, it takes about 10 minutes first time because you have to thread your elastic on the masks. The instructions are really simple to follow and explain exactly how to do it. After that it’s takes less that a minute to set up and the kids can do it without an adult.
Each set comes with 4 Elephant trunk masks. You can remove the trunks after playing for easy storage. You get 12 donuts in 4 colours and 4 playing cards.
There are two different games you can play. Both quick and simple to set up.
The aim of the game is collect as many donuts as you can as fast as you can.
Collect the three coloured donuts that correspond to your card.
No cheating and dragging them to your card though Like Jack did. Kaitlin was less than impressed.
The kids prefer the collect as many as you can as quick as you can. They are both very competitive. The game is aimed at children aged 4+ which I think is defiantly right. The twins are nearly three and couldn’t do it but loved having the trunks on whilst we loaded them up with donuts. The game.comes with 4 trunks so you can play 2,3 or 4 player.
We had loads of fun playing Doh Nutters. Its a game that will certainly raise a laugh from everyone. Even the twins had fun wearing the masks and pretending to be donut eating elephants.
Highly recommended game for family time.
We had loads of fun platying this
