Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
3 tbsp Chocolate spread
1 egg
2 tbsp Milk
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Flour
¼ tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
Method
- In a mug mix all the wet ingredients together
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth
- Cook in the microwave for about 1 minute (they vary so ours takes 1min 20 sec)
- Serve with a spoon and squirt of cream (that’s how we have them anyway)
