Apple, Sultana and Cinnamon Oat Porridge
2.5 cups rolled oats
2lg cooking apples peeled and grated
1/2 cup sultanas(or raisins)
1-2 tsp cinnamon
7.5 cups water
Milk or Greek yoghurt
Brown sugar or honey
- Put all ingredients for porridge in slow cooker.
- Stir together and put lid on cooking on low overnight
- Stir before serving.
- Pour a little milk, or a dollop of yoghurt, over each and sprinkle 1-2 tsp brown sugar or honey over top.
